Δ. SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDER – CONSUMER PROTECTION

Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes a distance selling contract, regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. It constitutes a binding proposal to purchase the products in question at the total price indicated when placing the order, as this includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts to which you as a visitor/customer are entitled. The possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, you have if you are legally competent according to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, (if you have reached the eighteenth year of your age and you are not under legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders may also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian, any orders placed by persons who are legally incompetent. Your order is completed with the acceptance of your order by oniro by sending a written confirmation email to you, at the email address you indicated when placing the order. If you do not receive a confirmation email of your order, please contact oniro at info@onirothebrand.com to request that your order be successfully completed. For any order cancellation (total or partial) you should send an email to info@onirothebrand.com. This possibility is given strictly for one hour after the order has been placed. After this time point, no cancellation is possible and you can now return and change your order after receiving it.

Ε. PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

Oniro, having in mind the ease of transactions and your immediate service, provides all the following payment options:

Valid only for shipments within Greece and the additional cost is 6.5€ (including VAT 24%) for orders under 120€. In cases where an order exceeds 120€, the shipping cost is free of charge. Payment is made upon receipt of your parcel from the courier company we work with.

By choosing to pay with your credit or debit card you will be redirected to Viva Payments’ PayCenter service, which offers you the most secure way to pay with your card. The process is completed in a very short time and during this process, no personal information (including your card details) is stored in oniro.

F. METHOD – TIME – COST OF DISPATCH

GREECE Orders are dispatched from us within 1-3 working days and delivery is made according to the times given below. Saturday, Sundays and public holidays no shipments/processing and order deliveries are carried out. Shipments are made with ACS courier companies . Upon completion of your order, an email is automatically sent to you, informing you of its registration, in which all the details of your order will be detailed. After checking the order and the availability of the products, you can follow the progress of your parcel through our site simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and click on view on your respective order.

Product returns

-You have the right to return the products you have purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return a product or the whole of your order for a refund or a credit voucher.-To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that when you receive the parcel from the courier company, you check the outside of the parcel for any damage or visible deterioration, in order to take the necessary measures immediately in case the contents have been affected. More specifically, the charge for your return (2€ for return with ACS ) is deducted from the total amount of money that was to be returned and which is deposited in your account within 10 working days from the moment we process your return parcel.In case the amount of your original order exceeded 120€ and after the return of the products this is no longer valid, you will also be charged the original shipping costs that were not charged in the first time, in the form of deduction from the return amount.

The charges are as follows for each carrier. The cooperating bank is Alpha Bank, therefore in case of return to an account corresponding to the above, there is no additional charge. In the event that an account is declared which belongs to a non-cooperating bank, the corresponding deductions are incurred by your bank. *If the original order has been placed by credit/debit card , the amount will be refunded there. *All the above mentioned charges correspond exclusively to the case of following the instructions which are provided by our company’s policy on product returns, which dictate the declaration of a recipient’s charge when the return parcel is delivered to ACS. If you choose to make the return at your own charge or with any other courier company, the responsibility is yours and the amount of the shipping costs is determined according to that provided by the carrier in question. ATTENTION: By the time the product reaches us, it is your responsibility, so it is important that you ensure that it is transported safely to avoid any damage or loss and therefore inability to return it. Acceptance or not of the return will be made after a quality check by our company and an assessment of the condition of the returned product.

• You have the right to return the products you have purchased without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return them within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.
• A prerequisite is that the product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition, i.e. not damaged or damaged, in which you received it. The acceptance or not of the return, will be made after a quality control by our company and assess the condition of the returned product.
• The return package should necessarily contain the retail receipt, the special markings of the product (labels).

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon receipt of the parcel from the courier company, you look on the outside of the parcel for any deterioration or obvious defects on the inside of the parcel and our products, so that the necessary responsibilities can be taken immediately. In the event that a product is returned and a defect is found after our own quality check, we must contact you to resolve the issue.

oniro reserves the right to renew and modify the terms of transactions, after prior notification and will be effective from the date of their posting in the online store. The present terms are fully compatible with the applicable European and Greek law, while users acknowledge the right of the company to modify provisions of the present terms, insofar as they do not relate to legally binding obligations and without affecting final situations.
