REFUNDS/PRODUCT EXCHANGES
At Oniro, our goal is your complete satisfaction with our products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you would like to return an order. As a consumer, you have the right to return all or part of your order. We are here to assist you in making the return process as easy and fast as possible.
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon receiving the package from the courier company, you inspect the exterior of the package for any damage or visible defects on the inside or the products. If you detect any damage, please inform us and do not accept the package.
For the safe return of your product, please package it carefully, using the original packaging or other suitable material that will protect the product during shipping. Ensure that the package is securely sealed to avoid any damage. Your care during the return process helps us maintain the quality of the products and your satisfaction.
You have the right to return a product within 30 calendar days from the day you received it.
The steps for making a return/exchange are as follows:
- Prepare your package by placing:
- The products you are returning/exchanging
- The purchase receipt
- Return the products using ACS courier service, stating that the shipping cost is covered by the recipient. You may also return your items using any other courier service at your own risk and expense. You won’t need to pay at the time of return, but we will deduct the shipping cost from the total refund amount.
IMPORTANT: Until the product reaches us, it is under your responsibility, so it is important to ensure its safe transportation to avoid potential damage or loss.

Refunds: If you return products from an order that initially qualified for free shipping due to the order amount exceeding €120, and the final amount after the return falls below this threshold, the shipping cost initially covered by us will be deducted from the refund amount. This is because the order no longer meets the free shipping requirement, and the company has already covered the shipping cost. Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days from the day we received your products. If you paid by debit or credit card, the refund will be made directly to the card you used for payment. If you chose cash on delivery, the refund will be made exclusively via a bank transfer to the account you provide us with.
Return Process: Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days from the shipping date of your order. The products must be returned in their original condition, without damage, and with their full packaging.
Return Cost: The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the product has a defect or issue. In that case, the return shipping cost is covered by our company.
Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: To be accepted for return/exchange, the product must be in its original condition, not used, worn, or damaged by the customer. If the tag has been removed or the product is not accompanied by the purchase receipt, the return or exchange will not be possible.
In case of an error by the company in sending the product or in the event of a defective product, the shipping and return costs are covered by the company. If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately.
